FAQ
Is the Vitromotus the name of the town or the prison?
How big is the Vitromotus?
The short answer
The Vitromotus is where Emberville happens: an endless, magical underground prison. Official material says it was built to confine society’s unwanted — and inside it, thanks to the emotion-born power called kymia, death no longer lasts.
What the official page confirms
| Aspect | Detail |
|---|---|
| Nature | An endless magical prison, underground |
| Purpose | Built to confine society’s unwanted |
| Contents | Tunnels, ruins, and settlements to explore |
| Inhabitants | Strange monsters across unusual biomes — some “not as terrible as they seem” |
| Central mystery | Who built it, why, and the truth behind kymia |
How the Vitromotus structures the game
Emberville runs a two-ended loop, and the Vitromotus is one end of it:
- Down — you fight through the prison’s depths: action combat, loot, and discoveries. Its tunnels, ruins and settlements are the game’s dungeon-crawling layer.
- Up — what you rescue and gather feeds the rebuilding of Emberville town, where survivors, professions, and your personal estate live.
- Around — skill inheritance and free class switching let your character adapt to whatever the next depth demands.
Biomes, regions and maps — deliberately unknown
Official material promises strange biomes and monsters, and the full version of the game is planned to add more biomes and monsters during Early Access. But no biome names, maps, or region counts are public yet — and this site does not invent them.
From October 19 (the Next Fest demo) this page starts turning into a real location guide: tested routes, biome names, and what actually spawns where, each entry carrying its own verified date.
